ANDES - Amano - Coropuna 2719

Andes by Amano is a whole new way of thinking about Merino/Alpaca blends! Unlike traditional yarns, Andes is spun as a carded yarn, which makes it incredibly light, airy, and economical.

Garments knitted with carded yarn are highly durable and don't stretch out as quickly because the yarn contains more air, allowing the stitches to better bind together with every wear.

It's wonderfully soft, has a beautiful tweed look, and is an all-around fantastic yarn! Perfect for shawls, sweaters, hats, and anything that shouldn't be too heavy. 

As a person with sensitive skin I'd say it's soft enough to be worn next to skin, it blooms amazingly after the first wash.
